RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Only under the following conditions will returns be accepted:
The return must be received by YAOTL within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be unworn, with tag attached, and in new condition. YAOTL will not accept item if there is any evidence that item has been worn, tag has been removed, and/or not in new condition. Item will be sent back at customer’s expense. All returns are subject to a $6.00 restocking fee per item.
Once we receive the returned item, YAOTL will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $6.00 restocking fee. YAOTL will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. YAOTL will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. After customer re-verifies shipping information, customer will be charged for second shipping cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to double check the shipping information.
To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed above. YAOTL will exchange item with another of equal value.
YAOTL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
First email us to email@example.com with your return request. We will provide you an address to where you can ship your item to.
Once we receive customer's returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
